Customers describe the team as knowledgeable in the construction field and nice people. One customer had a sub floor flooring project done and said the team did it perfectly no questions asked, did an amazing job cleaning up after the project was completed, and was budget friendly. Another customer had a three seasons room converted into a covered patio after flash flooding damage, and the team took the vision and turned it into a reality with top notch work and great communication. The team does a great job of understanding the need, vision, and intent and finds creative ways to get the job done quickly and affordably. Over 5 months, one customer worked with the team on small and large tasks, including tearing down a 3 story deck in a confined space and completely rebuilding it. The team communicated the planned schedule, executed the schedule, and showed up to complete the work when promised. Customers are very satisfied with the work product and highly recommend Tri-State Construction for any renovation project.
