I needed someone to inspect a unit for me on very short notice. I called and was able to speak with Bob. Despite being bery busy both with his business, and that day in particular, with personal appointments as well. He was not only able to swing by and evaluate my rental unit without having set up an sppointment, but get back to me just a short time later to give me a report minutes after walikg out of his dental appointment.
