We booked a couples massage and it was excellent. I was impressed with the entire facility. The locker room had a key in the locker assigned to me as well as a robe and flip flops. There is a shower and bathroom in here as well with products to wash yourself after a treatment. There was water, coffee, and tea available before and after treatments. The staff were all calm and friendly and made us feel comfortable during our first massage. We picked up some bath salts to use in our jacuzzi while staying at the Julienne.
Go see Grace!!! Grace does a wonderful facial. She is attentive, friendly and kind. The facial will leave your face refreshed and the massage moments that she sprinkles in provide the best relaxation.
We had a wonderful day at Potosa Spa celebrating a birthday! From the moment we arrived, Diane, the front desk associate, made us feel incredibly welcome with her super friendly attitude. The spa itself was impeccably clean, creating a relaxing and comfortable environment. Our service providers were also wonderful and did a great job. We used the hot tub, and it was very nice. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended!
