Will never go to Petco for anything. I took my husky in for grooming and a nail trim. I get a call an hour later saying I had to pick her up because she tried to bite them when they were getting her out of the kennel. i told them at the beginning she has separation anxiety and she might nip. she has never bitten anyone and she is almost 5 years old. We are new to this area and wanted to find a reliable pet groomer with nice people. Petco is not it. If you are afraid of dogs, you should not be working there!

I used the app to set a bath and groom for my dog for 3/2 only to get confirmation for bath only. called the store and the manager told me he would not have groomer until 3/9 and scheduled me for my services that day. I called 3/8 to confirm and was told I would be called back in 2 minutes by the manager. nobody called back so an hour later I called back to be told first I had no appointment and then it was bath only because they don't have a groomer in because it was her birthday tomorrow. I asked for the manager to call me back and two hours later I had to call them again. the manager got on the phone screamed at me that I had yelled at his employee, which I never... read full review

Petco in Dubuque says they haven't had a Trainer in over a year. They apparently don't offer training any more.
