“Excellent service, selection of glass frames, and accesses to lenses. Eye exams are most thorough, including a caring and friendly doctor. All employees are friendly and appear to really enjoy helping get the best frames and lens product. The glasses have a protection plan for damages, with some limits, but I got a free pair when mine scratched when I dropped them.“

“I need to stop wrestling with my black Labrador retriever who squashed my frames. Never been in the shop and I likely will not go back. It's beautiful and the staff charming. I think it's reasonable to charge a fee for service but in 63 years I don't know that I've ever been asked to sign a release to adjust my frame or to pay a five dollar fee for the service. I found out about it after the work was done And it just left a sour taste in my mouth again perfectly reasonable just like to know about it before springing it on me at the end.“

“While calling around to see which Hearing Center in DBQ could examine hearing aides for an elderly person at the end of the day, a female member of their team was willing to come in on their day off to examine them. Ultimately I found a different provider who could look at the hearing aides the same day, but I really appreciated their kindness in calling me to offer to meet the next day.“

“Went in to get 2 pairs of sunglasses repaired. Both were fixed very quickly and I wasn’t asked for payment (said I could pay what I felt it was worth when I asked). They have a cute dog as well. 10/10.“
