Ocean nails is hands down the most clean, and friendly nail salon in the Dubuque area. It has such a peaceful atmosphere. They give the best pedicures. Never rushed. Their prices are super reasonable. I’ve been going here FAITHFULLY for 5+ years. Hanna is my personal favorite. She is very skilled when it comes to designs. She takes her time and puts her all into her work. I never leave unsatisfied and they always make me feel like more than just a customer.

Ocean Nails really impressed me. I came in for a fill and some nail art, and the results were even better than I imagined. They listened to what I wanted and nailed the design. Clean environment, friendly team, and great attention to detail.

Ocean Nails did a wonderful job. I came in with a bridal party of 5, all with different needs and design choices. While some of us had confusion about what exactly we wanted (me in particular) the nail technicians helped guide us through it and made sure we were happy with the result. They took extra time and were very patient. I also loved seeing some regulars come in and strike up communication with the staff. It was clear there is a good vibe here and I'm glad we chose this salon. Price seemed reasonable for the services. Salon was clean and comfortable. They provided water and snacks, I believe, as well.
