I was in a real pinch. Locked out of my new house on moving day! I called Master Key and Chris came all the way to Hanover, Il. to save the day. I could tell I was in an experts hands. He picked the lock in a jiffy , rekeyed every lock in the house, garage and barn. He even identified and took the time to correct some installation mistakes from the prior owner! I was even more delighted at how fair his pricing was given my situation. I highly recommend Chris and MasterKey and would call them again in a heartbeat.

I called on a Friday night after 8pm. My landlord nor maintenance was able to help me and Chris was there in 20 minutes and got my apartment door open in less time than that. He was friendly, reasonably priced and professional, I’d recommend him to anyone!
