J and J was patient helping solve an issue with our spa cover installation. Prior to that, we were kept informed throughout the installation process. They even took time to come to our home and instruct us on care & maintenance of the new spa.

Chrissy and her team ALWAYS go above and beyond to assist me with all my pool chemical needs, random “what if questions” to ensure I don’t break/damage something, assist me with all of my questions with shuffleboards and treat me like I am family when I am there!
