Meg has always been an amazing yoga teacher. She targets abs, legs, glutes, and back. She has an amazing voice. She always has a positive energy about her. The studio itself is very comfortable, hovering around 93 degrees, and it is usually scented with essential oils. It is one hour of amazingness!
In Galena on business and dropped the n here. SO glad I did. Great energy in the power flow class; fun upbeat instructor ... who also knew her stuff. Studio was 95 so a good sweat and a good workout. Wide range of abilities...and welcoming to newcomers. Stayed for part of a HIIT class after which was even higher energy. Friendly, welcoming, CLEAN! and professional. Oh, and they DO have showers (but Jo locker rooms). If I'm back in this area I'll definitely be back. Namaste.
Ignite Yoga has a good mixture of classes. The classes are either in person or via zoom. Moving back from the West Coast to Midwest, this yoga study reminds me of the yoga studios I went to on the West Coast. Convenient location off HWY 20.
