“Before today, laser hair removal treatment was new to me. As a first-timer, I scoped out their website before arriving to get more information and still my nerves were elevated.
When I walked into the Dubuque facility, I noticed it was very clean and well-lit.
Both Danielle and Brandy greeted me right away and were very friendly.
Upon completion of a simple form, Danielle, led me into a comfortable consultation room. She was extremely personable and made me feel like a person, and not just another client. This helped bring my nerves down. The process was professional and thorough. It was clear what their services entailed. Danielle was extremely knowledgeable and open to any questions at any time. She presented many options of packaging services and pricing, and provided financial options.
Fortunately, they were able to fit me into a treatment right after the consultation. After prepping for my treatment, that’s when I met Brandy. She also was professional and easy to talk to about the process. Brandy explained everything before and during the treatment process while checking in on my comfort level.
Afterwards, she provided aftercare instructions and asked if I had any additional questions.

She also worked with me to curate a tailor made skincare routine, with products best for my needs. She did not try to push products on me, or try to push extra products just to increase cost.
