WONDERFUL service from Dubuque Steamatic. My girlfriend and I purchased our first home that was smoked in previously. We had Steamatic clean the AirDucts and steam clean the carpet. Nicholas from the carpet cleaning team was phenomenal. Thoroughly explained the process and called with the price before starting. The customer service on the phone was GREAT and helpful, giving me additional tips for removing the smoke smell. 10/10 service and will be recommending to friends and family.
