If i could give them 0/5 stars I would. Super unprofessional. Nobody in the office returns a voicemail & every-time you get “transferred” to someone you get their automated voicemail. Sat there for over 2.5 hours to have my taxes done in person. I was told “that’s just part of a being a business owner. You don’t get to claim this” multiple times when we have been able to claim it in previous years. I refused to sign my taxes as I wanted a second opinion, Ken then refused to give me my w2s back and told me “you can have your papers back when you sign off on your taxes”. Very very unprofessional, rude, and don't have a clue as to what they are doing. They messed my taxes up big time, and I never got one apology. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE!!!
