Brought in my laptop that I use with my laser machine due to the slow speed I was experiencing and I brought in our main computer that we use for all of our finances, emails, etc as well as I also use for my cad drawings due to its slow speed. I had a call back first thing in the morning telling me what the issues were and what they recommended to cure the ailments. The costs to repair were very reasonable and they were quickly done just as they said they would be! What a difference! I now have two computers that are lightning fast compared to what they were before! I’m totally impressed with the service and costs that I incurred! I highly recommend Decorah Tech!
