I haven't even had an actual appointment yet but calling just to figure out a place to get adjusted was a great experience. Very helpful and patient explaining what I needed. Was able to come in and get more information. Looking forward to the actual appointment. Just first in encounter made me feel cared for! Will update after first appointment!
