Glad we had Patrick as our service person. He was very professional, very thorough and very straight forward on what he was doing and what things we need/could do to help with our pest problem. We are hoping he is our service person every visit

They were quick and helpful for the first visit but failed to let me know that I could cancel the year long contract right after the 1st visit if I was no longer in need of their continued services. I called to cancel before the 2nd visit and had to talk with a manager to get things straightened out. Please be firm if you can't afford the year long contract. I am grateful for their help when I needed it. I am also thankful they were willing to cancel the rest of the contract.
