Good Morning.. Yesterday

Walking out between 3 & 3:30.....By 7pm . Which was only 3 1/2 hours AND My nails look horrible . SUPPOSED TO BE GEL SCULPTED Nails .. I've gotten My nails done for the past 37 years off & on .. Been dealing with nail salon for a very long time .. Some of the SALONS were
FANTASTIC
. Others not so good .. This is The absolute worst experience I've Ever dealt with.. within that time frame 3 hours . I have 1 nail that is completely cracked. First things first. Went to have a dip manicure and a full pedicure, pedicure was fantastic. Absolutely Great, don't have a single complaint about it.. that's pretty much the only reason why i'm giving this three stars... If it was based on my manicure alone it would be just 1... the young man who did my manicure seemed to have no idea what he was doing. I mean, clearly he knew how to use the dip powders, but he hurt me several times with the little nail tool, whatever it's called, even after I told him that he was burning me, he used it again and did it again. This was our first time here. The salon itself was very cute, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. My boyfriend and I had appointments at 3:30, but they started on me while he waited 30 minutes before being seen. The service felt rushed and lacked some of the relaxing touches we expected, such as a massage or lotion at the end. Overall, it felt like the bare minimum was done, and we left feeling underwhelmed. We had high hopes based on the salon’s appearance, but our experience did not match our expectations.
