The crew was very professional. They were very easy to communicate with and listened to all of our concerns and followed through on what they told us they would do. They also cleaned up after themselves and left the job site looking just like when they came. Our salesman was excellent also.

The technician was the best you could send. We asked for the same one sent previously to our house. We both could communicate with him. We are seniors and I have minimal knowledge of construction. And my husband has short term memory loss/dementia. Technician helped us understand what was going on and why. I guess if I was a little smarter, I could have saved him a trip here and us money. Thanks from Dave and I.

We continued to have water in 3 areas of our basement ( unfinished ). A friend suggested we contact Mid America Basements. I’m sure am glad we did! Awesome company to work with! Justin came out first to see what he thought the problem was. The two guys who came for both days ( Jake and Nate ) shook hands right away, were very personable, told us what they were going to do and why! They answered my many questions. Hard workers! They cleaned up so very well! Great guys! We highly recommend you call them! You won’t be sorry!?
