Lenny and his team saved the day. Literally. We had been having off and on plumbing issues for 3 months. Lenny's was recommended to us and were out to our home in a few days with their camera. They were able to identify our line was cracked inside the basement floor (Awful, I know). They were able to fix our issue in two visits (our issue extended 8 more feet, so they had to make two trips). Great communication, Lenny came by the house himself to explain what was found, and how they planned to fix everything! Great work, very timely, I would most certainly recommend them! Thank you again!!

Valerie was so helpful when our basement flood d but unfortunately they were booked up for 4 days and we couldn't wait. She said she would keep our appointment until we found someone in our city who could come sooner. Valerie was so kind. If we lose ved closer, we would definitely have had them complete our service. I was so impressed with Victoria’s customer service! Hearing a plea for help, she went above and beyond to make sure that my drains were working. I had not had water in about a week due to sewer backups, and having a toddler it made things very difficult. She was a life saver!
