Everything about our experience at the Northpark Mall JCPenney Optical was great. The district Mgr was on site and very helpful. Ryan, the new Mgr was knowledgeable and friendly. The doc diagnosed some issues and ensured my new glasses were made to address those problems.

The doctor is excellent. He took the time for me to explain what was going on, when I had to take my glasses. Denise is also wonderful. She is kind, courteous, and caring. It was all a very pleasant experience.
