I contacted Haan Roofing as a result of a hail storm in April. Jaren took the time to explain exactly what would happen and how the entire process worked. He willingly responded to all my questions and concerns. My roof and my siding needed to be replaced. The crews that did the installations were quick and courteous. Had damage from the hail storm that rolled through. The insurance came out and denied it but the guy was only here for 20 minutes tops. He didn’t even get on the roof. Jason called the insurance company back and got them to come out and do a reinspect because it should have taken 45 minutes minimum. I feel like he really went to bat for us with the insurance company. A second adjuster came back and and approved it. Really appreciative to Jason for being an advocate for us. We r having our condo roof replaced due to hail damage. 2 weeks ago I Contacted Haan and the next day Haan rep Tim Sylvia and another gentleman came and inspected our roof. This week I contacted Tim Sylvia to come and review work to be done and estimate. Tim was timely and so informative. He helped me through the paperwork and explained the process. So impressed with Haan roofing and Tims professionalism. Thank you Haan and Tim. I look forward to getting the job completed and feel comfortable that any questions I have will be answered.
