Had to call Fred’s at 3:45 in the morning for a tow. When I called Vanessa was very professional and asked where my car and I needed to go. The tow truck driver John arrived quickly and got me and my car back home safely by 4:10! Now knowing that I can rely on there speedy and professional services they will have a customer for life!! Thank you Vanessa and John!!!
Ron is awesome, i was stuck right after an overpass in the snow bank and the shoulder was barely enough for my car let alone his truck, he got my car up quickly for the situation we were in. And it didn't take 30 minutes for him to get there, thanks Ron!

Ron went above and beyond when towing our car, and he was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful during a really stressful situation. He even helped give us a ride to our hotel, which was far more than we expected and truly appreciated.
