My vision had been going foggy off and on for the last 2 weeks. It looked like the mirror after a steamy shower. I called in after giving it a couple weeks to see if it would resolve. It didn’t and I called to tell them my vision was foggy and maybe I scratched my eye. I was seen by the nurse/tech who comes in before the doctor and she was one of the most unkind and unprofessional people I’ve ever met. I’ve worked with many nurses and doctors and have never experienced someone this bad. I start answering her questions and she slams her palm on her forehead and says the doctor will absolutely not see me this is NOT an emergency. I explained my vision keeps going...read full review

I found the front desk to be rude, once they found out I was on state insurance they said they couldn't help me. I called back to find out the out of pocket cost and they said they still wouldn't see me.

I have been a patient of Dr Saetra for about 8 years now. She has been treating my glaucoma and actually has done a laser treatment to relieve the pressure in my eyes somewhat. She has always had a great bedside Manner and been very professional, I have nothing but good to say about her. She even tried to keep my costs down whenever possible because I didn't have insurance. I have two other friends who went to her and they also loved her. Some days it takes a little longer because she's so busy there due to her excellent work
