I needed to get a rabies tag for my 8 month old puppy.We had got it originally from somewhere in Illinois (long story short). I had went to the animal shelter (Humane Society of Scott County) and they said they couldnt do anything for me. They asked me questions that i had already done with them such as get a document for the rabies tag FROM THEM and get the lost dog tag FROM THEM. Again I already did the steps with them a couple months prior. But they said they culdnt do anything for me, bummer. Dr. Bell is ur good old “farm” vet. He understands that not all of us “common folk” can put a mortgage payment towards our vet bill - no matter how much we love our fur-babies. I’d have to file bankruptcy paying out what most vets ask for. I respect that he acknowledges that. His prices are very reasonable, he’s quick, friendly, efficient, along w his staff. I don’t like the fact it’s strictly walk-in, but I get it. If u love ur fur-babies, it’s worth the wait.
Brought my 18 year old cat to be euthanized. The doctor and staff were so nice and understanding, Explained the process completely, I am so glad Bell Animal Hospital is open, The doctor and the staff are wonderful.
