I had a great 6 month run with AY. Unfortunately, there were a misunderstanding with my dispatcher and I. Besides that, I made good money with AY and wish this company was still my home. I can't complain about my average weekly salary. Maintenance is on top of the equipment. My dispatcher got me home on time on each request. I wish I was giving a chance at changing dispatcher. She's very emotional. However, she still did a darn good job at her profession. I only gave four stars because I didn't receive a warning, nor did they try another dispatcher.
