Calm and soothing atmosphere. Gretchen did an excellent job helping me to get the haircut and color I was hoping for. Genuinely cares about every customers satisfaction. Never rushes through the process to meet a lunch date, nor does she name call, tell lies, and gossip like the last place I went.

Gretchen is awesome! Not only does she do a great job, she has a great personality, and cares about you. She NEVER wants any customer leave unhappy. She is the only person I go to anymore, and she'll even come to your house if you can't get out. ( at least she used to ) She is growing quickly. I highly, highly recommend her to everyone :D
