The service from the owner, John, and his staff was top notch. We woke up to our old hot water heater no longer working and they had it replaced within 24 hours, where other companies said it would take atleast a few days. They were all very polite, quick, and informative…despite some weather conditions that had everyone closing and running behind. We will definitely be calling Southern Iowa Plumbing first from now on.
Called John on a Sunday afternoon with sewer lines backed up he said Monday morning he would be there. Dawson came and told me he got the sewer line cleaned out and talked with me about tree root killer and how to use it!
