It's convenient having so many specialty clinics right next to each other, and the lab being right there. I'll be back there in 10 days for an ultrasound of my gallbladder and whatnot. (And 3 more appointments already on the calendar!) I'm satisfied with the level of care. My GI is very nice, and her nurse is fairly quick responding to messages through MyChart. And my doctor at the pain clinic is awesome, I've been seeing him for many years now and we have a good rapport.

I love my primary care physician, but I only get to see her once a year because she's so booked up. Every single step of every single process at UI clinics is so gummed up by bureaucracy that I spend more time checking in and out than in my appointments. Soon I get to go back to see a different specialist, an appointment that has only taken ~six months to get in for.

There's basically nowhere else to go and they know it.

Had a good experience this time. Finally someone listened to me. Went to an orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Patterson. Very nice. And listened to what I had to say. Scheduled for shoulder replacement surgery mid January. Also, his assistant who I saw first was equally as nice. Sorry I forgot his name. But they both explained everything to me.I'm just happy there's an end in sight to this pain.
