About Paris Nails
Paris Nails is a popular nail salon that has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have reported issues with the longevity of their manicures, others have praised the quality of the work and the skill of the nail artists. The salon is located in a mall, which can be a convenient location for customers, especially those visiting the area. Recent reviews have highlighted both positive and negative experiences. Some customers were pleased with the prompt service and the long-lasting results of their dip or acrylic nails, with no chipping, cracking, or lifting even after two weeks. Others noted that the employees could be more engaged with their clients, though they were generally satisfied with the overall experience and the reasonable pricing. One customer, who lives several hours away, considers Paris Nails a must-stop destination whenever they are in the area, praising the exceptional pedicure services and the longevity of the polish. Overall, while Paris Nails may have some room for improvement in terms of customer service and the consistency of their nail treatments, many customers have found the salon to be a reliable and satisfactory option for their nail care needs.
I was greeted promptly and able to be seen immediately as a walk in. I was a bit nervous about a mall location while on vacation but I had a great experience. I asked for dip on my existing nails and this photo is 2 weeks later. No chips, cracks or lifting. Very pleased and would go back if I'm in need of a manicure while visiting this area again.
I luckily came in when they weren’t very busy and was sat to start my nails within 5 minutes of getting there. I got the exact design I asked for. My only complaint is that the employees talked amongst themselves and not to any of their clients unless it was necessary. Employees at other salons I’ve been to are very engaged in talking with their guests. The lady who did my nails seemed nice when she did talk to me. Paid $75 for a set of acrylics with a design which isn’t the highest prices I’ve seen. Overall satisfied.
Edited to add another set I got from them!
Got my nails done here with a gift card, they had me waiting after my appointment for 30 minutes before sitting me in a chair , then proceeded to have me wait another 20 minutes for a lady to come ask me what I wanted done. When I showed her she told me there was only one girl who did nail designs, and she was out until the middle of March and then told me I needed to pick a whole different design one color specifically. I feel like she made me change my design to cut time . And I walked away very disappointed. I probably wouldn't go there again. Just because of the whole experience and the attitude my nail tech had about what I wanted.
