This clinic has been so caring to my family and our dog. They always find time to provide care and do everything they can to make my dog feel comfortable. Their staff is educated and extremely friendly. Shout out to Kurt for excellent care! Definitely recommend
It’s a 90 minute one way drive to get my two senior dogs to Steckelberg Vet, but I’d cross time zones, oceans, and at least three questionable gas station bathrooms if that’s what it took. Their team’s care, kindness, and knowledge can’t be beat.
Reasonable pricing and the vets are all so kind, caring, and patient!
My only complaint would be that the customer service from the front desk staff is inconsistent. Sometimes they provide great customer service and other times it feels like I'm an inconvenience.
Everyone has bad days, though, and I don't go here very often so I'm hoping I just got unlucky and caught them on a stressful day. The rest of the staff have been so positive and consistent with their customer service.
