If nobody is sitting in the office,they have a buzzer right next to the door you walk into the shop.dont be a pain and lay the hammer down on the button or your experience here will most likely not go so well....understandably.

2 loading docks at the back of the plant, Friendly people working here, they loaded me 20-25 minutes, they got scales close by but just gives you your gross weight, Go to Yes Way truck stop for Certified Scale located in Marshall town right by HWy 30 and Iowa Ave.
Once you make the turn into Green Pet Product, you stay left of the building and go around to the side of the building. There will be 2 docks and the check in office. They will inform you of which dock they prefer at. Very friendly staff and they started loading me in a reasonable amount of time. Plenty of space to maneuver on gravel/dirt road.
