Jalen was very professional, showed up on time, answered all our questions and did a great job with the carpet in our basement and stairway. Zerorez is where I'd definitely go when our carpets need a deep clean next time.

Adam had a fuse issue in the van but was able to get it resolved and drive to Adel. He looked over the job with me and asked if I had any questions which he answered. Happy with the end product. Zerorez is the real deal!

Zerorez was easy to schedule, the price quoted is the price I paid, the person was on-time, professional, polite and pleasant. The carpets are still damp but from what I can tell they look clean and much better than they did before the cleaning. I’m very happy with everything.
