I used the Valley West Hy-Vee to have my wedding gown cleaned by Victoria Cleaners. I dropped off my dress in early September and was informed that it would it would take a few weeks. Since they had my contact information, I figured they would give me a call to let me know it was ready. Well, we all know what happens when you assume things… Anyways, I called the Victoria Cleaners Clive location today to inquire about the status of my dress, and the person I spoke with said that they had dropped off my dress in mid-September.A quick phone call would have been appreciated since I ended up paying almost $200 for this service.
