I have numerous significant back injuries, some from my time in gymnastics: ankylosing spondylitis, degenerative discs, osteoarthritis, etc. I’m doing whatever I can to avoid lower back surgery. Several friends recommended Imagine Peace. I decided to give them a try recently. I have never felt better in the last 10-plus years! For the first time in a solid decade, I did not have sacroiliac joint pain. I felt like a teenager again. I could truly move freely. I am so grateful to Teonna and everyone at Imagine Peace. I will definitely be back. The environment was inviting, warm and truly inclusive. We are very lucky to have a place like this in central Iowa.
