Ideal Transformation

Ideal Protein has been a game changer for me. I’d tried many options without success. I had a friend who had success with Ideal Protein so wanted to give it a try. Diana and staff are great. I wanted the accountability of coaching and measurements each week. They answered all my questions to get started and along the way. The food is great and it’s really simple with the guidance of what to do is easy. I’ve lost 30lbs and 34 inches in 4 months. Down multiple sizes and feels great to have new clothes. I’m continuing on my journey with them to reach more goals that I have. Highly recommend!

I have really learned how to eat a decent amount of lean protein, eating the right kind of vegetables, and drinking proper fluids to help me stay satisfied throughout the day. The weight loss coaches at Ideal Transformation are very supportive with assisting me with the tools I need to lose weight and sharing lots of recipes. I try to journal my food and snacks every day and this really helps me to stay on track. Ideal Transformation coaches are very knowledgeable about the program and all the information they share! The staff here is outstanding and always willing to help out with new ideas and recipes. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for weight loss! This is my second time on Phase 1 and Chelsey and Diana are nothing but supportive.
