Great experience with tow truck driver Zach. We spent over an hour with him getting our car home from over an hour away. He took time for a pit stop since there were no services where we broke down.

Huge shout out to Joseph for saving the day. A friend and I got a flat on our way home Thanksgiving night. Joseph had been at work since 430 am but still gave it all he could to get my spare tire changed. Alas, it wouldn't come loose. So we had to have it towed back to Sterling from Fulton. We had a good time chatting with him on the ride back. Would fully recommend Gateway! He gave 110% and both of us really appreciate him and the service we received.
