We've used them a couple of times. Once for major work, once for minor. We were happy with the work both times. Ben kept it clean and quick, and they work together well as a family. Owners that have their hand in the grind can't always pick up the phone right away, so don't be afraid to leave a message... but I would much rather wait and talk to the owner when I need to discuss a project, timelines or details... that's the beauty of small business!

Put a call in after the city informed me that I had a pretty substantial leak, that I thought had been fixed previously but was actually made worse by the previous company. He came out on the evening before he left for vacation and never once made me feel like an inconvenience. Super professional. Did the work quickly and expertly even explained everything to me as he went. Would 100% recommend.

Ben goes above and beyond.He knows plumbing.Eggers plumbing helped me out of a bind on short notice recently,as well has in the past.I’ve used them many times and DEFINITELY recommend.A very personable guy..
