Design Setters is a friendly salon where the stylists are nice and really listen to clients about the haircut and style they want to go for. The team is known for going the extra mile, as demonstrated when a client arrived with a huge, bizarre tangle in their long, thick, and frizzy hair. After the client had tried everything at home, the stylists assessed the situation and got right to work on the dreaded tangle. Instead of just chopping it off, they spent two-and-a-half hours to get the hair back to normal. They also provided a nice trim and a shampoo recommendation that helps with the frizzies and leaves hair feeling like silk. This dedication leads clients to highly recommend Design Setters.
I love coming here!! Everyone is so friendly. Billie is the best stylist I’ve ever been to. She’s so nice and friendly. She really listens to you when it comes to the haircut and style you are going for. She’s the best!!!
I had a HUGE tangle in my hair, and tried everything I could think of to remedy the situation, but nothing was working. My hair is long, thick and frizzy. I ALWAYS brush it out before I get in the shower, and use LOTS of conditioner after shampooing. The situation was really bizarre! After spending almost two hours on the tangle at home, I gave up. I had quite a few errands to run, so off I went. Several of the places I had to visit were downtown. I had been at Midwest Vision, and Design Setters was right next door.
