Had our first experience with Dependable Drain an hour or so, and would call them again without hesitation. Not only did they fix the problem and explain what they did to fix it, they also provided some suggestions for how to prevent the problem from happening again. Highly recommend!

The technician that came this morning was very pleasant and made friends with my dog and kitten. I had started to put a new faucet in my kitchen sink and ran into problems. The technician gave me a compliment on what I had started, and finished up my project. He asked if I had anything else he could do and he put the new flexible water lines I had for my bathroom in for me. Knocked two things off my to do list. Very happy with his time and my bill was very reasonable. Thank you for everything.

Thomas arrived at the start of the service window I was given. He provided a reasonable estimate for a new water heater and quickly resolved two drain blockages I reported. Very professional and excellent service.
