i had upper respiratory and ear infection, gave me 5 day antibiotic but wasnt strong enough, i called on 4th day still hard to breath. The first lady that said she’ll tell the doctor I never got a call back. I called back and then the lady said stop right there. We’re not an urgent care.. It literally says that on your Website. He finally called me back and said he didn’t want to prescribe me a stronger Antibiotic because I would become resistant to antibiotics. So, i should become more ill? I was having hard time breathing and spells of my throat closing gasping for air. Luckily i had 7 days worth Doyxicline my cubbard.im on 2nd day and much better....read full review
My mother visited this location as her regular physician was out of town. Upon arrival, her blood pressure was recorded at 174/96, yet no concern was raised. Additionally, she was prescribed medication that is known to interact poorly with her existing prescriptions. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this facility for elderly patients.
I went there 2nd of April this year. Told me I had a stroke and did testing said he would get back to me with results. The 3rd no response so I called several times no answer. The 4th of April first thing in am got called to go to Mercy to have test done so I did and was told I would have results but end of day! Well I showed back up at urgent care barely able to move. The secretary was nice and helped me to car. I told her Im gonna go to er at Mercy and she said I should. I just turned 50 yrs old that day and if I wouldn't have went to er I wouldn't have made it I had heart failure and pneumonia.
