“Mrs Griffin was amazing today helping us with our pre planning arrangements. Very polite, thoughtful and friendly. No pressure and helped us understand as we needed guidance and always made sure we understood each part of the process. Willing to discuss her personal situation to help my mom feel more comfortable. Thank you very much for taking her time. It was a big relief getting it done and just needing modifications in the future. Highly recommend doing this ahead of when in need.
