I pulled big trees on small tractor bad boy 5045 did damage to quick attach and relize side steps caused trouble i got it welded but its bult well maybe for bigger tractor skid steer cost me 1500 to fix my tractor picked on cedar tree it rocked it i got a little excited but other trees pulled were awesome to need practice time and even ground paitients to its a beast for sure wonder if challenger would of been better fit allso there stum bucket new to all this so remeber paitients time and watch your quick attach remove steps if on tractor i put brace on mine for strength no problem sense god bless good luck

I've only worked here for just a little over 60 days (not counting weekends), I love the atmosphere and the working relationship of our people. Here, we are like a small family where our team members can easily talk to the management and to our general manager. The workers take pride in what they do, and it makes me feel proud watching them do their jobs diligently with honor and pride. People here don't just push buttons and operate machines, a lot of what they do requires high knowledge and dedication. I should know, my husband works here too (different division) and with what he does, he's able to provide our family a good life, living in a very nice house in a nice neighborhood, our kids are in a private school, we take a family vacation every year, and even travel abroad to see my family.There are a lot of opportunities for growth as an individual and as a manpower. Some people would complain about their work and their workplace, co-workers, and management but I always believe that if a person would just change their attitude towards things that are presented to them, it'd make a lot of difference. We are still living in a privileged country, a lot of people would take our jobs just to get out of the place/ country they are in. Which reminds me, this place is far from being prejudiced.If you want a decent-quality lifestyle, working here is recommendable, but also wear a good behavior or you'd always get disappointed even if you land a job in the nicest place of work.
Jen, James, and crew did an amazing job building our dream home! We knew what we wanted in our forever home, and they were able to give us that custom experience we were hoping for. They were also mindful of our budget and helped us balance where we wanted to reel it in a bit so we could spend more in the areas that were important to us (kitchen!).
With our house in particular, we were looking to build on our same lot and live in our existing house while the new one was being built a frog's hop away. Not only was James able to make this work, he helped us find the perfect positioning of our new house on our property and facilitated the quick teardown of the old house at the end of the build. They tell you it'll be 6-9 months to build, and our house was no exception. There were no surprises with the cost once we received our final estimate, and they were very transparent when you were looking at something that was more expensive than what they'd gone with in the quote.
Jen was always great at answering our questions and providing suggestions. One key thing to note was Fine and Sons hadn't done marble countertops yet, but they and R Kitchen and Baths were able to work with us and make it happen! They also did some fun stuff like wrapping our ceiling beams with our leftover flooring (perfect color match), installing our cabinetry panels to our fridge, and building a custom mantel to go with our DIY fireplace surround. With all the details they worked hard to get right, you can tell they care about their craftsmanship and want to make their homeowners happy! We highly recommend them if you're looking to build your forever home!
