Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Called for a non emergency appointment on Thursday and was seen as early as the following Tuesday. The plumber who came out managed to fix the problems I was having in only 45 minutes. Would highly recommend them and will be giving any future plumbing business to them.

It’s 3pm on a Friday. We have had $1,000 worth of Beef Short Ribs cooking since this morning to create the perfect dinner special. This should be the biggest earning night of the month….. and a urinal blows a leak. If I have to turn off the water, we can not open or else be in violation of health code which we DO…NOT… DO! We open in 2 hours…. What to do?! Well I called these folks. Everything was repaired and we were clear to roll within 40 minutes of sending up the Bat Signal!!! My water heater was not working. I have a Home Warranty and they contacted Hockenson's. They were out the next day to fix my water heater. Rhonda was amazing helping me get all the paperwork completed and staying in contact so we could get my hot water working before the weekend. Thanks for all the help!
