Every one at CDi was very helpful nice and accommodating and as they say Iowa friendly.I took my 2005 Newmar Essex in to have a facelift ended up at their Charles City facility after meeting the crew at Forest City. I was impressed with the facility 2-110’ foot booths in addition to smaller ones they pointed out a few issues and I ordered parts that would be best replaced, Jack and Luke went over all with me, I replaced one of my compartment doors that had some issues they installed it and some other parts including new clearance lights. I met the CDI people at an FMCA rally in Perry Georgia. They stopped out to look at my Tiffin Motorhome that day to give me a quote to repair some damage we incurred from a driver that fell asleep at the wheel. Their quote was quite reasonable, and the fact that they paint new motorhomes for Winnebago in Iowa sealed the deal for me.At the appointed time, I arrived in Charles City Iowa and they wasted no time in prepping and painting my coach. They had me done and out in a very reasonable time and the work is fantastic!
