The staff are friendly, professional, and gentle, working hard to schedule appointments to meet individual needs. Stylists are very good, listening and suggesting as needed for cuts and styles. The business is also an excellent nail tech, providing very well-done manicures and the best pedicures. Pricing is good. Clients should not be in a hurry, as the service is not fast and the salon gets many phone calls, so it is best to give yourself plenty of time.
The salon is clean and comfortable. The staff works hard to schedule appointments to meet individual needs. My stylist is very good. She listens, suggests as needed, and cuts and styles my hair. She is an excellent nail tech too. She is not fast so give yourself plenty of time. The pedicures I've had with her are the best I have had and my feet are a real challenge!!!!!!!
My pedicure was done very well, pricing was good. The manicurist was friendly,professional,and took good care.Dont be in a hurry when you go as they get a lot of phone calls so prepared to be there a little longer.
I am always amazed with how my hair looks when Katie is done coloring/conditioning/maintaining the ends of my hair. I have long blonde hair. It has never been as healthy as it is now since I have been going to Katie!
