Jacqui is an amazing representative for Scentsy! I have bought through many reps for this company over the years but she is the FIRST that has kept in constant communication. Whether it be just a quick thank you message, checking in to make sure I got my order and how I liked everything or bringing up new catalogs, sales and upcoming discontinued items. She honestly makes me feel like I am a valued customer and she always goes the extra mile to make sure I’m satisfied!

We were introduced to Scentsy through my sister-in-law’s “virtual” party. The order process was simple, the products arrived in a timely fashion. We are very pleased with our purchase. We love the Fragrance Flower-it’s a perfect addition to the guest bathroom. It’s not overwhelming where you’re forced to open the window just to breathe-just a subtle scent to keep things fresh.

I could not have asked for better service. I dropped my top part to one of my warmers, with hot wax in it on one of my favorite shirts, in a panic I messaged Jacqui and she walked me through what I needed to do. And what I should have done in the first place.... soak up my wax with cotton balls!!
