I called to see if any of the providers were accepting patients and after a 10 min wait time I was told that I’d be out on another “ unknown” wait time while transferred to another scheduling receptionist. I then was greeted unpleasantly, waited another 5 minutes without any further response.
I had to hang up due to time constraints.
I don’t feel this is acceptable re wait times .

The staff are friendly and professional. The doctor I saw provided care and reassurance. They have the ability to do x-rays and other clinic support onsite which is nice. The pharmacy is in the clinic for convince as well. The wait time to see the doctor was normal and they work to get you in early if needed.
