I had a great experience! I showed my hairstylist a picture of how I usually do my hair and she nailed it! She was kind and easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable and left feeling confident. I will be back.

Was more than I expected happened to have some live music entertainment while I was waiting for my hair cut. The little lady who cut my hair also did a good job. Very laid back and relaxed environment.
We have had really good luck going here! Usually we can get in pretty last minute without a crazy wait. The app is pretty accurate as far as expected wait time. I wish I knew the lady's name but she was so great with my son. His hair cut looked fantastic too. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is she charged us an adult haircut instead of a children's and I didn't realize until we were all back in the car. I have only had one experience that was 1 star at the Carroll location and that was years ago.
