They were outstanding to work with from the office to the techs. They were able to get to both of my houses to access the problems very quickly. After needing to order parts they kept me posted on when parts were supposed to arrive. The lake view house parts took a considerable amount of time to arrive due to manufacturing, but the office personnel kept me informed as time went by. The techs informed me about arrival times and also if they were going to be slightly delayed. Great company to work with 99.999% out of an 100%

This is such a wonderful place. They came to my moms farm in 2 days took out old refrigerator and set up new one. They even helped with air conditioner. What nice men that delivered it. I recommend this wonderful place.

once again Drees has saved me a ton of money- My dishwasher wasnt draining right - they special ordered a new pump- but in the end it was just a bunch of junk partially clogging the drain tube attached to the dishwasher so I didnt need the new pump- saved me about $200 - thanks!
