“AmeriServ recently helped us get the radon levels in our home under control, and I cannot say enough good things about them. Our levels came in really high (just shy of 50, when it should be at or under 4). We had to take several different measures throughout the process, I really appreciated that they continued to explain to us what they were doing and why. They were careful to take the right steps so that they didn't jump to an extreme that wasn't needed. Our levels and situation was not typical, but they never left us stranded as more work had to be done to get the levels to a safe level, constantly ensuring us that they would be on our side the whole way - and they were. The information that was originally quoted to us stayed the same, with no surprise charges or changes, even though they had to make several visits and modifications/additions to our radon system. I worked a lot with Karyn who was amazing to work with. I have and will continue to recommend them to other family and friends who need to mitigate their own radon levels.”
