The office was always changing our appointment days and times. They treat their staff awful. My mom had nurse and bath services with the Burlington office. A “boss” Heather called them on their work cell. They tried to be professional but we could hear how rudely she was treating them. Tried calling the office to report and sadly was transferred to Heather. Asked for her boss and was told, “I am the supervisor, and we can discharge you then.” So sad for the employees and grateful to be done with them.
